This is a very comfy, clean and quiet hotel, with excellent service staff and located away from the busy and noisy centre of Paris yet is very well connected because it is at the terminus of metro line 10, Boulogne-Pont de Saint-Cloud in district Boulogne -Billancourt to the south-west of the city centre. We travelled as a couple and got a very good price for our room, note, this was in July just prior to the Olympics and accommodation prices in Paris were lower at this time but may jump a lot depending on events happening in the Capital. Breakfast was extra and reasonably priced with a good selection from the buffet. Travel around and outside Paris is no problem from here because of interconnecting lines throughout the metro transit system, so it is easy to connect with RER C for Versailles or RER B for CDG airport. The area of Boulogne -Billancourt itself is very nice and safe with lots of options to eat out like at Café des Arts beside the hotel or visit the fabulous museum and garden of Albert Kahn. This is also a great area to stay if you are servicing the OECD, either the offices nearby or the main HQ at Rue André Pascal.

The location just outside Paris was new to us. We have been in Paris 4 times and were going to stay at an airBnb, but they could not store our luggage when we first got off the plane (10:00) from Canada. (while our space was being cleaned). We looked into a storage unit by the Tour Eiffel, but that seemed a 'lot of moving parts' with drop off/pickup/taxis to/from... when the proprietor of Hotel Acanthe said 'Oui we will hold your luggage, in fact we can probably have a room for you' Well, that was worth a lot. And what a find... a beautiful location at the 'last stop' of the yellow metro line. Paris on your doorstep, and the Kahn museum and gardens across the street. Thank you all.

Exceptional staff. All multi-lingual and friendly. Very helpful and fun. A very laid back atmosphere in a hotel just a few steps from the Metro, with a boulangerie, a mini-market, and beautiful gardens around the square. The air-conditioning was absolutely wonderful, in an Olympic heatwave too. Complimentary fresh lemonade and free cake in reception, large comfortable lounge. Absolutely great hotel for Roland Garros. Walkable on a cool day, but Metro and Bus right outside (Bus 270 I think)

The team of this hotel is truly exceptional: kind, smiling, attentive ear, solution-focused, helpful, smiling, with a real commitment to service. A big 10 to them. The hotel is also great, with a good location, 2 mn-walk from the metro station, and with a lovely terrace and nice reception room. Rooms are not too small, and wood floor everywhere. If anything, just speak to the team, and they will any situation. I am very satisfied with my stay, and will return.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants close by and Metro just 2 minutes' walk from hotel entrance. Lovely helpful staff who are a credit to the hospitality trade and the hotel, most welcoming. Rooms are so clean and really comfortable. I would definately recommend this quaility establishment and a good price for only 8 minutes to the centre of Paris (got off near Eifel Tower)
